I love organising and facilitating workshops, co-creation sessions and design sprints. Formats for tapping into the collective wisdom of multiple perspectives has value in itself, but also enables joint decision making and boosts potential of both services and digital products.
A solution should bring the right value to people. Through research, I develop an understanding of people's goals, problems and needs, to inform the design process that will lead from this knowledge.
With experience working in large-scale agile teams, I work at the intersection of user-centred design and business strategy in order to lead the incremental delivery of product value with MVPs and development team collaboration.
Understanding how trends influence the future and being able to pin-point cultural tendencies that will last, inform my design decisions and help me create concepts that are future proof.
